1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Inmobiliaria Altavilla SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. The planned operations to carry out the processing are:
- Sending commercial and advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that make it possible to send commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services, or those of their partners or suppliers with whom a promotional agreement has been concluded. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, responses to enquiries or any type of petition made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending the online newsletter with updates, offers and promotions from the CONTROLLER.
Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimised under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- For the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: conducting market research, statistical analysis, and processing orders or requests at the USER’s request, as well as marketing activities relating to the CONTROLLER’s own goods and services and similar services when the USER has previously purchased goods and/or services from the CONTROLLER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing, or for the period required by legal obligations. When the data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or total destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned except: legal obligation, if necessary for developing and executing the purposes of the processing, or to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the required confidentiality and data processing contracts in accordance with current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The USER, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, expressly, freely and unequivocally accepts that their data are necessary to process their request. The CONTROLLER will indicate which data are required to provide an optimal service to the USER. If these data are not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet their needs.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all applicable provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data for which they are responsible, particularly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby the data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
